At La Joie de Vivre, the sea is at the heart of everything we do. Our cuisine is based on a rigorous selection of ingredients and an approach that values simplicity, precision, and respect for the product.
We exclusively use ASC- and MSC-certified fish, sourced from responsible fishing and aquaculture, and selected according to seasonality and market availability. Freshness, traceability, and quality are essential to us.
The menu features the great classics of seafood cuisine alongside premium species and refined, minimalist preparations designed to highlight the fish’s natural flavors. Selected dishes, particularly whole fish of the day, are served and filleted at the table, evoking the great tradition of classic hospitality.
