The Three-Bedroom Family Suite with Garden and Partial Lake View (90 m²) features a large living area, a double bedroom with a non-separable Dorelan mattress (180cm x 200cm), two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub and shower), and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds (90cm x 200cm). It is equipped with adjustable air conditioning (temperature 22°C), flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, safe, and WiFi.

Access to the suite is exclusively via an external staircase. We recommend checking its compatibility with your mobility needs and contacting us if in doubt.

Bookable from four people, it accommodates up to six guests.

Additional Information

• The suites have a kitchen, available for an additional charge of Euro 90 per stay.
• The Three-Bedroom Family Suites with Garden and Partial Lake View face Lake Lugano directly and the historic Via Regina — the ancient III-century lakeside road from Porlezza to Como — and are therefore soundproofed. However, if the balcony windows are open, some traffic noise may be noticeable at certain hours of the day.
• Our area is not yet covered by broadband; therefore, depending on the number of users, the connection may be slow.
• Please note that Parco San Marco is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor "Smoking Lounge" (outside the reception) and in selected outdoor areas, including balconies and terraces of the suites.
• Located in the part of the Resort closest to the lake, the private beach across the main road is just a few steps away.
